These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern all residential home cleaning bookings made through Effortless Solutions in Atlanta, Georgia, and define the relationship between Effortless Solutions, clients ("Clients"), and independent cleaning service providers ("Service Providers"). By accessing our platform, scheduling a cleaning, or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Scope of Services and Relationship
Effortless Solutions arranges and confirms residential cleaning bookings on behalf of clients for properties in the Atlanta area. Effortless Solutions acts solely as a digital booking platform and marketing marketplace. The company does not employ residential cleaners, maids, housekeepers, or any service workers assigned to booked appointments. All cleaning professionals utilizing the platform are independent contractors engaged directly by the client or operating as independent entities. Effortless Solutions does not direct, control, or supervise the specific manner or means of the cleaning services provided, nor is it responsible for payroll, tax withholding, workers' compensation, insurance, or other employer obligations for service workers. Clients and independent cleaners acknowledge that Effortless Solutions is not a cleaning services provider or employer.
Payments, Cancellations, and Lockout Fees
All payments related to residential cleaning bookings are processed securely online via PayPal as indicated on your booking confirmation. Payment deadlines, pre-authorizations, and refund eligibility are stated during checkout and in the booking confirmation and must be followed to confirm your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within twenty‑four (24) hours of the scheduled cleaning start time are subject to a cancellation fee as specified in the booking confirmation. A lockout fee applies if the cleaner is denied access to the property at the scheduled start time, or if access cannot be gained due to incorrect entry codes, missing keys, or failure to provide safe access and required utilities (running water and electricity). Refunds, if any, will be processed through PayPal in accordance with the booking confirmation details and applicable PayPal policies.
Access, Utilities, and Liability
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and lawful access to the residential property, including providing fully functioning utilities (running water, electricity, and working heating/cooling), safe ingress and egress, and securing or stowing away any pets, precious heirlooms, or delicate valuables. Effortless Solutions is not liable for property damage, personal injury, theft, or loss occurring at the property, whether caused by independent cleaners, clients, household members, or other third parties. Effortless Solutions is likewise not liable for the actions, omissions, or quality of work of independent cleaners or clients. Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate homeowner’s or renter’s insurance and to secure personal property prior to service.
Worker Non‑Solicitation, Claims, and Governing Law
Clients and client representatives agree not to solicit, recruit, hire, or pay independent cleaning professionals introduced or provided through Effortless Solutions outside of the platform for a period of twelve (12) months following the most recent completed service, unless expressly agreed to in writing by Effortless Solutions. Claims for property damage, loss, injury, theft, or unsatisfied service must be reported in writing via email (to contact@effortlessolutions.com) to Effortless Solutions and the assigned service provider within twenty‑four (24) hours of service completion. Reports must include the booking reference number, appointment date and time, a detailed description of the incident, and supporting documentation or photographs. Failure to submit a written report within this 24-hour timeframe waives the ability to pursue or resolve the claim through Effortless Solutions. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, and any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
